We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or misprinted , so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
- Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer (if and as applicable).
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
For size exchanges, you would need to place a new order at your expens. There is no possibility to exchange for a different size, so please read carefully the information about clothing sizes in the item description. If you need further information, you can contact email@example.com
Customers residing in Brazil and regretting a purchase must contact Printful Customer Service and express their will to return the item within 7 consecutive days after receiving it, providing a picture of the item. The withdrawal request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial. In these cases, a refund will not be possible.
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
